On April 28th , 2025, a grand feast that integrates culinary arts and cultural exchange commenced. Professor Li Ruohong, Chairman of the China World Peace Foundation and President of the Beijing International Peace Culture Foundation, invited ambassadors from multiple countries to attend the commemorative event for the 40th anniversary of Chinese catering &China reform and opening up ,which is organized by Da Dong Catering Group. This event is not only an important milestone in the development of Da Dong Catering Group, but also a platform for the collision and integration of diverse cultures. Attendees use food as a medium to explore the exchange of food culture along the Silk Road, and write a new chapter in inheriting traditional culture and developing modern civilization.
